Ordered a Sky+ 160 with multi room due to be installed today and the engineer has just turned up without the Sky +160 box. Now waiting for a call from customer services to try and sort this out. I am somewhat disappointed to say the least. Part of the reason for this upgrade was because I currently have a failing Cambridge LNB causing freezing of the picture and sound problems. The engineer says he can't change the LNB if he hasn't got the Sky box to install. So I am left with poor quality reception and no Sky +. Anyone else had this happen before? Will post again after CS phone.
