Sky Email Full

My dad has reached 99% full so can't receive any sizeable emails.

I've just deleted a **** load for him (copied to Outlook pst file), but when using Webmail, it's still saying 99% full.

Is the counter just wrong? Or is there something else I need to do?

Depends on the settings on email settings and if he's using pop or imap. Login to sky email, click settings on the top right and check forwarding and pop/imap to see which is active and the. Check in outlook account settings to see what he's using as well.

It's IMAP. Already knew that.

Check all the folders in the web mail, especially Sent, Spam and Bin (you have to go into "More" for Spam and Bin)
