SKY+ Dolby Digital messed up

My system detects when SKY+ broadcasts DD through the optical Digital connection and switches from Dolby Surround to DD5.1 appropriately. Only recently it detects DD on movie channels before the movie starts when there is no centre channel being broadcast and plays in 4 speakers. However when the movie starts everything plays correct again. Whats new?

Sky seem to be playing with the movies as I have had a few movies in DD despite them not being listed was told by sky CS that they where testing this and might be puting it on all movies in time
