sky+ doing nothing

can anyone help me please my thompson sky+ box is not coming out of standby it had a constant red light no clicking no nothing coming from the box by remote lights up but not lighting up on the sky+ box tried what they said with the two NAV buttons and plugging it back in and still nothing.

Try replacement thomson psu - Google Search

You can replace the box yourself (i.e. buy another). You can repair the box yourself. You can pay somebody to repair the box. You can pay Sky to replace the box.
