Anyone give us some advice please.

recently had a non subsidised Sky Digi System installed in Rep of Ireland,
Installer set it up for the FTA channells (BBC all regions etc.) everything was working fine,

I got the system to view NASN on channel 420 so when the viewing card arrived from NASN a few days later after I put the card into the slot, all the BBC channells are now gone (some FTA channells remain), is there anything
I can do to receive those channells now that I've received the viewing card from NASN

    Any help appreciated

You don't say exactly when this occured. Maybe it was when the BBC moved over to Astra 2D?

You may need a bigger dish. You may get mor help and advice here

I've heard about this happenning with other third party channels that supply cards,
the solution was to ring the card provider and get the card activated, which it apparently isn't when you receive it(except for the providers own channel) in this case NASN.
