    Does such thing exist?
At the moment I am using the only RGB output on my Sky box to feed my Sony GX3 DVD recorder so as to get the best possible quality for recording.
I dont really want to use a splitter unless a GOOD quality version of one exists.

No such thing. You'd need a pair of boxes.

Alternative A: Get a box with s-video out and use that. This means a Grundig GDS-xxx/2 or Sky+. IME, Grundig 'S' out is no great thing.

Alternative B: You could get two Sky+ boxes on a free mirror subscription.

    HTH,
    Mike.
