Can someone please tell me which would provide the best picture quality in connecting a sky digibox to a projector (such as the panny ae700)?

    RGB scart to RGB scart
or RGB scart to component (via one of those converter boxes, such as the Keene Syncblaster one)
    Or s-video to s-video.

Also, is there anything that could convert the digibox signal (or DVD non progressive output) to a progressive scan component input - or is this not possible?

    Many thanks

Keene do several boxes which will convert to progressive scan from a range of inputs, but to get good results you need to spend quite a lot on the box. S-video to s-video is quite a cheap connection method and can yield some fairly good results. I suggest you try that first, before buying converter boxes.
