Hi gang - got the sky+ installed today  and my question is this.

Previously with our old sky box I had audio connected via analog left/right phono into the 2105. The installer copied this with the new box, but I know that with sky+ we have an optical output also.

I've connected a toslink/toslink between sky+ & the 2105 and performed the setup in sound settings. Do I now need to remove the 2 x audio cables and just run optical out or should I leave them and give myself the option of both analog and optical input via the 2105?

    Cheers
    Rick

    Hi

You only need the optical cable, although there won't be a problem leaving them both connected. The Denon will take the digital signal as priority over the analogue one if it's left on AUTO. :)
