Has anyone got an email address that I can send complaints about Sky to? Basically we have been charged extra for our 2nd box for the last 4 months as they claim it is not connected to the phone (it has always been connected), despite being informed twice on the phone that they can now see the box. After about a total of 4hrs on the phone in the last month and being passed from call centre to call centre we were informed that the box is showing an Error code 130 (any ideas anyone?) when it tries to open a phone connection. Why they couldn't diagnose this earlier I have no idea. We have now cancelled our sky multi-room, as despite sky taking ~£100 extra they now wanted £65 to get an engineer out, and would not consider taking the £65 out of the £100 they have already overcharged us. So anyone got any suggestions as to firstly what error code 130 is and secondly a decent complaint contact I can write a letter to? Thanks, Stuart.
