    Hi all,

I understand you can configure the Sky+ remote to control the volume on various AV amps. Does anyone know if there is a code for the Tag equipment?

    Cheers,

    Marc

I asked Udo for this as a software development, but was told that the IR code systems used by the Tag are different to the Sky remote, so rather than it being different codes needed, they actually speak dfifferent languages so it can't be done....
Have to stick with two remotes!

    Thanks for the replies guys,

sorry but I think I wasn't clear with my question. What I meant was that there are some 4 digit manufacturer codes that you can program into your sky+ remote that will
reconfigure a few of the buttons to support various av functions. See the following site for a list of codes:

    http://web.archive.org/web/20041124013451/www.hummer.co.uk/remote-setup.htm

I have tried the Audiolabs codes listed but they don't seem to work. Although as PhilB1234 said, if the IR languages are different then there probably isn't a Tag code anyway. Oh well, back to the drawing board!!

    Cheers guys

That's what I thought you were meaning, but sadly, as described it can't be done.
It's a shame as the Sky+ remote rarely leaves my hands some evenings!!!

Same here, it's a territorial thing with me. Anyone that makes a move for the remote risks losing a limb!

    Ask my girlfriend, Stumpy.
