This is the only channel that breaks up on my system any ideas how to solve this, I've never been able to watch it since it was installed last November

I would have thought it was impossible for only a single channel to be breaking up unless there was a problem with the source itself.
More likely you are having problems with all the channels on that particular transponder but you just don't know it yet:)

    Try these..

    EPG 262 (open access)
    EPG 828 (Vectone)

If you can not receive them then it's likely that your dish/lnb need a slight adjustment, this is covered by the warranty.

To clarify, is it that TV or Radio version of Classic FM ?

did you get this sorted? was it just the dish slightly out of line?

I have the same problem with this group of channels. Have tried different digiboxes, improved cable quality etc, but still get periodic problem.

I am living in new build apartment so have communal dish, which the management wont fix because I am the only one reporting the problem!
