I recently joined Sky Broadband after bugging my parents for a long time and was dissapointed when my new laptop could not even find the router. After trying what the instruction manual and it making little difference said i phoned Sky and they told me that there was a problem at the exchange, meaning that my router wasnt transmitting a wireless signal, and that there was nothing that they could do and that I would just have to wait, so i waited 2 weks and after still not having any lucki phoned them again and they said that the problem was fixed but it still didnt work (however i did learn after 20 minutes on the phone that the customer support team know nothing about computers), it works if the laptop is plugged directly into the router however when searching for the wireless connection it cant find it at all can anyone help me?
