Sky Boxoffice problems.

    I am having problems using Sky Box Office as everytime I try to order something is goes to the checking purchase information bit but then comes up with an error saying "Please make sure that an operating telephone line is connected".

    Well there is an operating telephone line connected and have even changed the phone cable but same problem still occurs any ideas ?

    Just an idea try services/system setup/system test to check the line from there instead.

    Gave that a try and it comes back with telephone line connected.
    Any other ideas ?

    Assuming that it worked previously, think about what you've changed. If it has never worked, get Sky back to fix it under warranty.

    Try it will all phones, fax, modems disconnected from your phone system. If it then works, find out which is the culprit.

    If you are using ADSL broadband , make sure you've fitted a microfilter for the Digibox phone connection and all others.

    Otherwise, I guess your (unknown make/model) Digibox is faulty.
