My Sky+ box has begun playing up - I try to record and I get a message saying please call cutomer services. I try to list my recorded programs and it says there are none. I have to do full a system reset to clear the problem, but then of course I have lost all my recordings ... This has happened 3 times in 10 days. The box is 18 months old so out of warranty. What are my options ?
I don't want to spend too much money as I intend to get an HD sky box as soon as they come out, so I think I'll just have to put up with it for 6 months...
