Sky Box Office Problem

    Settled down to watch The Time Machine on SBO last night.....
    At the start time, no movie, just the 'call customer services' banner?

    Called customer service, and they said.....

    'We currently have a problem, you will miss the first 7 mins of the movie, but if you come off the channel now, you will not be charged'

    That was about 6 mins into the banner screen, and I was then unable to clear the movie from the personal planner, as a message came up 'cannot delete this movie, it has been watched'

    Will be looking at my next statement with interest, and I wondered about anyone who recorded on Sky plus. Presumably, the moment you access it on your HD, you will be charged (or not ) for a movie missing the first 7 mins
