Hi just recently having purchased a Panasonic PJ - still waiting its delivery.

I have a modern Grundig Sky digibox. I notice that it has a socket
on the back of the digibox marked rs232 ( this looks just like a connection on the back of my P.C.

Would I be able to connect this directly to my panasonic pj?

    Hope someone can help.

    Best:

this is a communication port not a video port.

but you have a grundig , the only standard sky box with s-video output, so your best to use that.

and if you go for a scaler or line doubler later you can stick the s into that too.
