Sky+Box as Freeview PVR

Since upgrading to Sky HD, I now have a somewhat redundant Sky+ box. I don't want to give Sky anymore money by way of multi-room subscription, but is there any way I can use the box as a Freeview one ie connect it to a normal aerial. I'm not interested in using it for premium channels, hence not wanting to pay, but just as a replacement for the old VCR in the den.

Nope - to connecting it to an aerial.
Nope - to being able to record on it without paying Sky a monthly subscription.

Only thing you can do with it is connect it to your Sky dish and use it as a Freesat player - but no recording, pausing or other Sky+ features.
