Sky+ App Update

Have since found out that there is something screwed up on Sky's side. The customer service person said there was 'an error on my profile' and she had never seen it before. She's sent it off to a different team to get it fixed.


do you need to be a sky customer to use this? I have a sky pluis box but I dont have a current contract with them.

You have to login to MYSKY and activate the facility.

It also only works on the newer Sky+HD box types. As I only have one of the old white boxes the series link option isn't available in the app for me.
