    Hi,

ive downloaded a couple of movies to my PC via sky anytime but when i try and play them i get a No DRM Licence error.... I am logged in and i am subscribed to the movie channels. I only downloaded these yesterday and as yet i havent watched them.

The error says to call sky on the 0870 number but i thought id check here first to see if anyone knew anything worth trying...?

    cheers in advance..

    It's probably sorted now??
However the nice people at customer services just give the usual uninstall / reinstall to fix it?? When I did a search after the 2nd time of not working, I checked after uninstalling and there where still a few little sky elements left on the HDD :)nono:) Deleted those folders and reinstalled. Which cleared the DRM problem.

A point of note is also that you can only install to one PC per household??? even with multi-room (tight-wads)
