To have our Sky dish moved to our new house, it will cost us £40. This will include a new dish. If I cancel the current subscription and take a new contract out it will cost us £1 for a new box, dish, etc. I just tried to cancel the current contract, but the guy from Sky said we cant do this becuase we have Sky before and we will be charged the full price for the dish and box. I have read there terms and condition, but it mentions nothing about old contracts. It had the following statement: (g) You are entitled to one Interactive Discount per household. Does the new house/address count as a new household? I can pay the £40 and have the dish re-located. I really want a new box and remote because I want to use the old system in the front room and use the new dish/box in the through lounge. I know I will require a twin LNB (Bribe the engineer ). Have the old box as FTV. Any advice?
