I need to run extentions for both Sky and Telewest, I have some Satalite co-ax from Wickes as I understand that you need this higher grade cable over normal co-ax. Is the same stuff suitable for both applications?

    Come on people, please help

    Let me rephrase the question

I bought some 'satalite' grade co ax from Wickes will this be OK to make extention cords for SKY and TELEWEST? or do I need something different for TELEWEST

    Cheers

Should be fine. I used this cable to extend my Telewest connection from downstairs front to upstairs rear of the house by going up into the roof, over and back down again. I have a cable modem at the far end - no problems.

It's actually better than the stuff the Telewest Engineer had with him (which was not double screened).
