OK this isn't a problem thread or anything like that, so move it if need be but I think this is the most appropriate section.

Remember the old Sky TV idents during the first few years of Sky's launch? Not sure? Well check these out, brought back memories for me especially the Sky Movies and Sky Sports ones from 1990.

    Sky Movies circa 1989:

I remember them from a mates place, but I never had sky until 2004 and then it was only the basic channels, not the movies or sports, then I got rid of sky in 2005.

Brings back memories, but not because of watching sky, but of the good times I had at that time.

We had one of the first sky boxes.

I remember it had 16 channels and it didn't even fill them all. The last ones were german or summat.

Anyone remember when Sky first started? Used to watch Sky Trax and Monsters of Rock with Mick Wall (about half way down -http://www.mickwall.com/bio.htm) and Amanda Reddington - think thats her surname, 1985:smashin:
