Skipping Amstrad Box

Hello!

I have read over on Digital Spy that turning off Anytime can eliminate the skipping audio on an Amstrad Sky+ Box. Does anyone know if this is correct? I occassionally have skipping audio and wonder if turning off Anytime may solve this?
