Is anybody else having problems with Siri today as 99% of the time it will not work, also voice dictation will not work. All that happens is the icon will spin around and it won't do Anything or say there is a problem.if it makes any difference I am on Vodafone and I have also done a full restore but still no joy.

Yep, it's being a bit flakey this evening. I blame more people getting iPhones for Christmas and pushing the Siri servers to their limits.

Not only that, but loads of people signing up to iTunes Match, downloading Movies and Music, etc.

Working perfect this morning and even wished me a Happy Holiday when said Merry Christmas, which wasn't the response on Christmas Eve.

Has not been working reliably for the last few days (it's now Boxing Day). Used to work perfectly when dictating text messages, but now NOTHING.

    I'm on a good O2 3G connection, plus WiFi.

Can only assume that the servers are overloaded due to lots more 4S phones been given as Christmas presents :(

I've given up trying to use Siri at the mo. I can type my text in less time than the multiple tries it takes to get Siri to work. I was assuming that it is because the servers are overloaded. One way Siri has of not working is really irritating: I press the microphone button and before I've opened my mouth and taken a breath the Siri session has auto-terminated - like within a second. Do others get this?

Can't believe that Apple released such a sub-standard product, and then expected users to continue their beta testing for them.

Probably indicative of Steve Jobs' failing health before his demise, and losing grip on what was once such a tightly controlled regime that prided itself in releasing top-quality products. Surely those of us that have paid £500 or £600 for what should be state-of-the-art equipment should expect better treatment than this.

If Android are marching up on Apple, so be it. Those smug Apple evangelists have had it all their own way for too long !!!

I've been using it the last few days without any problems at all.
