I have dismissed the idea,of a 5 cd/dvd player...as the quality of cd replay would be bad.

Could a 5 disc cd player, play feasibly good music,as well???...That is my next option. As i look for a lazy way out.Got alot of cds,in my collection.

    It is better than a cd/dvd changer,right?

My budget dictates 50-150 pounds, for a cd player.

Hmmm, if you are going for top end, then nothing will be an amazing single player, but there are some good branded 5-discs, Think TEAC and Denon make separate changers.
Personally, I'd say you were better off with a decent CD player, and maybe digitise some music via Mac or PC via v high bit-rate and stream it to the hi-fi, that way you can access all your collection instantly, and when you want top notch sound, pop in a CD!
