Simple enough, will my current Sky+ card work a used Sky HD box? Also, will the picture quality be any better when used with a HD TV ad compared to my current scart Sky box?

Yes, once you have called sky to pair the card and the box

With the Free HD Channels , definitely . Its always been debatable on the SD channels

Obviously the HD channels will be better than the SD ones, but if you mean will the SD channels look better from a HD machine than from an SD one then as J S implies there's no definitive answer.

They added a lot of beauty and quality to an hour and a half of aerial views of the French coast, and they don't too too badly with skateboarding, surfing, rock climbing, and mountain biking - among other really skilful pastimes.;)
