We have just had a Sim2 HT300E installed together with a TAG McLaren DVD32R with PSM192 (using with the AV32R DP). Region 1 DVD’s are fine but R2 DVD and Sky+ both show a green boarder down the left hand side of the screen and the picture is pushed over to the right.
The DVD player is connected to the projector by Component cable (we also have a DVI cable laid but the new HT300E hasn’t got a DVI input anymore).
Our dealer didn’t know what caused it and said he will come back to us; I was just wondering if it would be something that needs amending in the set up menu of either the projector or TAG gear.

Have you tried the "auto" button on the r/c or tried moving the image with the "position" setting in the menu ?

BTW you can get a DVI to HDMI adapter which will allow you to use your DVI cable with the 300E's HDMI input.

Thanks for that Jeff the ‘Auto’ button worked. Just one other thing, Sky is now centre of the screen but is only showing in 4:3. Is it possible for Sky to be shown occupying the whole of a 16:9 screen?

Thanks for your help Jeff. It was in our DVD setup menu (TAG DVD32R PSM192) as it assumed that incoming S Video from Sky+ is in 4:3.
