Hey guys is first post so hopefully someone will reply

Finally raised enough cash to buy my first pj and was all set to buy a H56 but then i found a Sim2 ht200dmf at jeffs for 500 quid less. Havent been able to get down to see either of them and was wondering if there is a comparision to be made or if this is just a simple no brainer?

Looking to spend up to about 2.5 k for projector and would welcome any advice.

out of those two id take the h56 which has a near identical pic to the ht1000 and is only a tage behind the sim2 domino 20.
i think the sim2 u mention is only 800x600 and has a lower contrast ratio and is an old model betterd by the domino 20/30.
    also check your throw distances

see Denon A11 thread started by me for a couple of screenies taken with the h56(right at end of thread)

Thanks, looking forward to comparing the H56 with the nec 1000 although dont think my budget will stretch quite that far and the 4:3 would annoy me. going 2 book a demo some time fairly soon if i can.
