If the offer is in the press then it is the retailer (7 Oaks?) making the offer.

The reason I thought that it may be a sim2 offer was because a few retailers all seem to be offering a 6' electric screen worth £850.

We are offering a six foot screen with standard Domino 20's - you need to hurry though as it will be coming to an end this month!

    Alan,

I placed an order for a Domino 20H projector. Not trying for you to endorse any specific company, but what type of screen (white/gray, gain...) does Sim2 recommend to use with this projector?

I intend to use the projector in a light controlled enviroment, although a bit of ambient might be necessary from time to time as the missus seems to suffer a bit from eyestrain with all lights turned off.

I would always recommend a white screen with a gain of about 1.3 for our single chip projectors. If you must use a grey screen then choose Da-lite hi Contrast Cinema Vision or of course firehawk from Stewart. Grey screens suck too much out of the image in my opinion as our units were always designed for White screens.

    Regards
