im realy stuck on a choice here.

the S3 has the new 7 clolour wheel which is good but is not as bright as the 300xtra. i like quite a puncy pic.

noise is also going to be a factor im not sure how loud the S3 is but im guessing the 300xtra is comparable with the domino 30.

the 300 xtra now comes with HDMI which is a nice bonus.

i want to throw a 70ins wide (not diag)pic from 13ft. im pretty sure the the 300 xtra will do the trick but what about the S3.

i think it would have to go further into the room which im not keen on. at 13ft this is not at the back of room but at a point where u dont see it less you look up. i may want the PJ to go back further, but not displaying an image of more than 80ins wide.

any owners off both models feel free to comment or anyone who has demoed a 300 xtra compared say to a domino30.
is there a real diff between HD2+ and HD2?

    thanks all
