Does anyone use one? I would like something a bit more HiFi friendly than my old beige box but don't really way to but a £200 plus HTPC case. I think the silverstone loks quite good for a little over £100, what does anyone else think?

    Thanks

LC02 is nice, but it only has a 220 wat PSU, I'm not sure if it can be replaced.

    I need 300 watt Plus.

Both look good for the money.

i've got the lc03. fantasic case for the money:) Well built and looks superb on my rack. the only downside is the rear fan as its a 60mm unit and is quite loud. Other than that - top marks

Do you actually need the fan or can it be disabled?

If it is required can it be replaced easilly?

I have the LC02, not set it up ytet, but it is small and very light. I will be looking to replace the PSU fan with two 9db Silenx fans, one pulling air in and one pushing air out.

no you dont need it. it can be disabled or removed completely and is easy to change. i have mine plugged into a motherboard fan header so i can adjust the speed of the fan via software. That keep's it nice and quite but still moving some air.

you can also buy silverstone cases from www.kustompcs.co.uk

Kustom are normally more expensive for some odd reason.
