Looking to buy this case for a HTPC projct but the depth restricts the PSU to 140mm deep and the BD/DVD to 170mm. Even at that things look tight so just wondering what combos people have managed to fit in this case?

The standard for ATX power supplies is 140mm deep (although 1000W plus can be deeper) so you shouldn't have a problem.

BD/DVD drive depths do vary but there plenty of 170mm out there, this for example.

Ask yourself whether you actually need an ATX PSU in it. PSU = lots of heat and noise. A PicoPSU might be enough.

I have used this case and installed a Samsung SH-B123 blu ray drive and Silverstone Strider SST-ST40F-ES 400watt psu in it, the Be Quiet Pure Power 300 watt also fits.

    Cheers David.

I managed to source a second hand GD05 off these forums so no such issues to worry about
