signing into the playstation network

Hi all,

I've just got a quick question about the playstation network.

Sometimes when i go to sign into the network, the network times me out . I then do a system check and the connection to the internet is fine but it won't log me onto the playstation network at all so cant play online.

The trouble is that this problem only occurs sometimes and is a bit inconsistant.

I was wondering if the problem is with me or with the playstation network?

thanks

No mate it's not you it's the network , get used to it , the PS3 is a fantastic machine but at the moment it is being badly let down by the PSN . If you are using a wireless modem router trying switching the router off and then back on and reconnect, for some reason this sometimes works for me.
