Was trying yesterday evening to adjust the aerial to prevent, or minimise, signal breakup on the tv channels. I have a tv signal strength meter but it proved pretty useless the gauge moving all over the place without being near the aerial. I then reverted to using the signal strength indicators on on my Manhattan T3R box. Now I found it rather odd that the signal bar did not move one iota even when the aerial was rotated through 45 degrees. The signal quality bar varied but not the strength which I would have thought should have dropped off markedly when the aerial moved.

It's the signal Quality that is important, though I would have thought the large movements would effect the. Strength. I have a Manhattan Box also and re-aligned my dish a while ago, so it does work.
