Hi all,

Over the past 5-6 months, I've been having intermitent probs with the Sky box, locking up, slow menus etc and now the box office movies don't work!

It's been suggested to me that it's all related to the signal strength, so after having a look at the "services" option it tells me that the strength is less than half.. Is this bad? If I go up a ladder (walkie talkies/compass etc) will it make a difference?

Anyone had experience in adjusting the dish?

the signal strength should be at least half way (same for the signal quality )

if it's still under warranty call out sky , it wont cost you anything !

Maybe your LNB needs checking\replacing
