signal conversion question

    if my tv only has s-video input, is it at all possible to find a dvd recorder which can take an rgb signal from sky via scart and output it via s-video to the telly-ie convert rgb to s-video? please help if possible, cheers. :thumbsup:

    Just to answer the original question then, yes, some DVD recorders will do this - Panasonic for example. Generally the conversion is quite good although a JS converter is obviously going to do it somewhat better ;)
