Siemens NCDR1100

Hi, i have jsut bought a Vauxhall Zafira, wich has a built in Siemens NCDR 1100 Sat nav in it! The disc which came with it has the UK/IRELAND/MAJOR ROADS IN EUROP on it! What i need to know is that is this unit one that takes you from door to door even if you program it from UK to France? Or does it take only give you the UK location when you are in UK and french locations when you are in France!

Any idea anyone?

when you get to France it should give just the Major Roads, meaning it will get you to any of the Big Cities and that will be as far as it goes - you will have to find the street by yourself. On the way back is quite similar: Major roads only till you get to the UK and after that it will be able to find the address you want.
