Shutting PC download after recording.

I got a new laptop recently that has Vista installed on it.
Using a USB DVB-T stick I can now record TV within WMC.
The only problem is I dont like leaving the laptop on all day to record a program in the afternoon,is it possible to get it to shut down after recording?
I have played with WMC a bit and cant see an option there,does such a thing exist?

Set power saving to on and make sure it's not set to something like High Performance.

And don't leave it showing any video. It won't shut down if it thinks you're watching something.
