Get it while you can - the preferred version of Shrek 2 without Jonathan Ross!

    linky - http://www.dvdsoon.com/show-title-details.xml?uid=119584

Disclaimer - dvdsoon take your money straight away and this is due out in November. However, if you see it any cheaper between now and then simply cancel the order and get a refund.

    Enjoy!

Jonathan Ross and Kate Thornton are in the UK version whereas it's Larry King and Joan Rivers in the US version.

saw a clip of shrek 2 the other day and it appeared that jonathon ross had voiced the part of one of the ugly sisters, i dont think that larry king would have been interested in that part.

Me too, but the one at DVD Soon could well be updated when they have more details. One small thing which puts me off ordering from Soon is that it's Dreamworks, therefore may well have a dual language cover. :(

When you say get it while you can, do you mean it's a limited edition, or were you referring to the price?

I'm referring to the price, as DVDSoon tend to be cheap initially for preorder then whack the price up nearer the release date. Best to get it while you see it at the low price IMO.

I got caught out like that dithering before only to find my desired DVD had almost doubled in price.

Not so long back I got LOTR: ROTK for $18CAD!

Such statements may just turn out to make you look a bit of a fool!

Just watched this at the cinema & think the Ross voice-over is OK. But, no way did I find this as good as Shrek, indeed I thought it was rather poor - so Region 2 and under £10 before I'll consider it.

I use dvdsoon all the time-at the price quoted by them just now it is a bargain-any further discount, if any for what could be one of the biggest sellers, will be pennies. Don't be tight-preorder now-the price is a bargain!!! (and they say the Scots are mean)!!

They won't actually refund your money to your card though. Instead they give you store credit.

I've had a refund in the past - maybe 'store credit' is a newer policy?!?

Ah well, £11 is cheap enough for me

I already have ordered (and did so before it was posted on here!), but if you use DVDSoon a lot, you will know that their prices regularly go up AND DOWN. So how can you say "theres no way" it'll go down?

I must agree that in my experience (having purchased over 200 titles), Dvdsoon prices seem to change at the drop of a hat.

Plus of course there is the exchange rate.
This morning Shrek 2 is £10.58.
