Just got a Amazon package back which was stolen by a 'neighbour'. Only after being threatened with calling the police (had photographic evidence and signature provided by courier company) did she reluctantly return it.

She had opened the outer box AND broke the seal on the inner box even though it had a pic on it of what was inside. Plus it stinks of pot!

Oh and she had had it since the 6th December!

BIT*H

But... It's Christmas and I have my family around me so I refuse to let the cow put me in a bad mood.

 HAPPY CHRISTMAS ALL!!!

We don’t open our presents until after Christmas Dinner. :(
The kids have opened their stockings though and started off by building a cardboard rocket and castle in the hallway.

However, since they opened Laser Ops Pro I’ve not seen them. Just heard lots of screaming and flashes of blue and red lights darting around the house.

Apparently the rocket and castle are now bases..!

I love these threads so get posting peoples!!

Last Christmas we were desperately hoping the mrs would be discharged after having our little one so just trying to enjoy not being in hospital!!

Since having my little girl I’ve been content to just watch her open her presents bu my dad is the king of getting me loads of “little things” like beano annual or a teapot which I also received today.

The shirt however from my mum and dad was a huge shock / surprise and I love it and them

I love it
Saw in shop window months back when with mum and just commented on it
Used to get a shirt or jumper every year but last decade or so my designed tastes have wained (guessing its the mortgage) with maybe just the odd bit of Luke being purchased

This is lovely though and reminds me of the Xmas they got me a dark blue denim Burberry shirt which had the breast pocket and cuffs in classic check. That was a good shirt and led to many a nice night ;)

It may have been bought by me and given to santa but a new garmin Fenix 5 plus to replace my old 920 .Loving it so far...

Also lots of coffee goodies, fellow filter for my aeropress and lots of different types of bens to try...

Did very well this year; Echo Spot (to replace the dot in the bedroom and the prehistoric clock/radio), 3 wifi plugs (total now up to 7!) 2 pairs of jeans, 2 belts, aftershave, pyjamas / lounge wear and a pair of trainer / shoes for bumming around the garden / garage in.

Must have been a good boy!!

Thanks

Andy

Not much I know but in this case it really is the thought that counts. This shortbread, a traditional gift with older people up here in Scotland and was given to me by an 80 year old who I invariably meet when walking my cat Millie and she is out with her dog Hamish.
She is aware that Edie died this year and have no contact with family so this small token is quite touching.
I am hoping that I can eat it but it does need to get very soft when dunked into coffee as I have little ability to swallow solid food.

I got a bar of milk chocolate

I have a milk allergy

Chocolate really upsets my stomach
But hey, it’s xmas, I have house to self, I’m on a bond marathon and have consumed a chocolate orange and have a box of maltesres within arms reach ;)

My folks are historically bad at buying gifts for me which Im completely fine with.

However, this year theyve blown me away when i opened this

My brother got me this

And my mum got me this top, amongst a few other bits, which I love as JP is still one of my favourite films of all time since I saw it in 93 when I was 11 years old

UNADJUSTEDNONRAW_thumb_98cd.jpg

A asian 'lego' chiron supercar, that apparently takes 27 hours to build with about 3500 parts, my dad was super excited for myself and my brother to get these, it was really rewarding to see his excitement for once
