What is the display ?

Some display such as Panasonic don't support film cadence detection which may cause artefacts/loss of resolution with film based content using 1080i.

It's just an inferior brand and i though you probably never heard of it...of forget about it
So if my TV dun support film cadence detection than i should never use 1080i?
How could i know whether my TV support it?
