Should I install Logic Studio on a Macbook Pro 13"?

Should I install the full 49Gb package to my 13" 160gb Macbook Pro's harddrive?

Will my MBP cope? Or should I install the instruments and loops on an external drive?

Any info from Logic Studio users would be greatly received.

i'd say it depends what else you use it for. if you use it all day every day for all your computing needs then im not sure i'd wanna take up that much of my hard disk for 40 odd gb of samples and loops that you'll probly never use. thats some serious content !!! i'd go external and just drag the ones that appeal over to the internal disk

Install it all on the built in HDD, should significantly speed up the browsing of instruments and Apple loops.
