After three and a half years faithful service (and just out of its warranty  ) my Marantz AV receiver decided to stop working. None of the digital inputs will receive data, optical and coax no matter what i plug into them. Its currently away being looked at and i was wondering if you all had any thought on if it would be worth fixing (cost maybe about £100) or should i be looking at getting a new one :) I know which option i would like to go for but the wife has different ideas .............

    Thanks in advance

If you're really happy with it, meaning that you've spent time looking around before buying it AND the speakers, then I'd keep it and try to get it fixed. Marantz amps are nice to listen to, so I'd get it repaired anyway. But in the end, if you were not that happy with it from the beginning and could not be asked to return it, well, it's time for a change :p
