should db level gauge rise or fall in 3802 main set for sub

    just tried new sub could not get a "peep" out of it because i had connected to s/w ext in rather than s/wpreout that solved set up db levels in main on screen menu, db level gauges rise and fall with the speaker settings, but when s/woofer level is set the "gauge" does not alter but a (rumble) does increase or decrease from the sub using denon 3802 just wondered why gauge does not rise and fall thank you

    The gauge should move up & down for the sub channel, dont know why it doesnt.:confused:

    Bit strange that.

    Have you checked the batterys in your SPL meter?
