After redoing the hifi and ripping a chimney stack up to 1.5m to slip the rack into, I now find myself unhappy with the black 1m leads in current use

Anyone know of a source of 0.5m power leads in white or beige?

You could make your own up. Just get some decent plugs, some thicker cable and some IECs for the equipment end. It's as easy as wiring a plug and dirt cheap :)

They probably do but I can't really see the point myself. You (or your sparky) can make up some for a few quid using good thick cable and decent M&K plugs.
