Just received an email from Shopto saying that due to strikes by Royal Mail (national / local) they have setup business with UKMail.

This service guarentees next day delivery on any game using the courier service.

During the strike period its £1.99 and once the strikes have been completed it goes to £2.99.

Shopto will also keep the free recorded delivery service as well.

Oh and it also mentions people with existing pre-orders can ammend to courier service if they want to.

Are Royal Mail actually going to be on full blown strike this week? If so Im tempted to go for this, also do you still need to sign for delivery with UK mail?

Yep.
They're sending it as a parcel so it will come in a uk mail van.

i thought i read that the strike , if happening, would start on the 19th? read that this morning.
has it changed?

scatch that the option has appeared now after i got the mail.

do i have to sign though ,im not gonna be in ! argghh. they wont deliver to work cos ive just changed cards.hmmmmmmmmmm dilemma
