SHELLY CLOUD PROBLEMS

Hi, fitted a Shelly 1 switch to run my pool pump which in turn kicks in the heater,
wired it up and set up the app named the room pool room and the Shelly 1 as pool pump and bingo turn on & off via the iPhone Shelly cloud app all worked fine for about a week and then the device disappeared, i have tried to add the pool pimp again and the shelly cloud just gets stuck on loading so i deleted my account and the app and started again but can not get past the stuck loading problem ?,
anyone help ?

If the device has been paired with an
Account you need to remove it or hard reset the device before you can add it again

Could you spare the time to point me in the direction on how to do this ?,

Most Shelly devices can be reset with the procedure described here.

(1) Disconnect the power from the Shelly by turning off a breaker or other means.
(2) Restore power.
(3) Within the first minute, toggle a switch connected to the "SW" input on the Shelly 5 times on/off (10 total) or press and release momentary button 5 times.

Thankyou very much, i have a few spare so might just replace the one that i have fitted, if i struggle to reset it
