    I'm going to be getting one in the shop for an hour to play with next Monday....having to come in on my day off....better be worth it!

    I'll have to check if that's OK. I really wanted to have time to play with it and evaluate fully. The rep is just passing through and we will probably have to talk business while I'm doing this. So it may not be appropriate for you to be there. I'll try and see if I can arrange it.

    I was very interested in buying this projector due to the good reports it was getting around the world. Problem was finding a dealer as every dealer that Sharp UK claimed had it, had in fact never heard of it. Eventually found two dealers that could sell it. One was asking £9000 and the second was £8500. Not bad considering it can cost as little as £3500 in Japan and £5000 in the states. £6000 in Germany. Rip off Britain strikes again. Who on earth would pay £8500+ for a sharp which needs replacement bulbs every 2000 hours max. Has not got sealed optics so will be prone to dust problems. I decided to spend half the amount on a CRT instead and will be getting it installed when my screen finally arrives. Direkt2U are you LISTENING your time is up.
