Hi, i recently bought the 32" Sharp LC32SA1E LCD TV. I am happy with the TV and it looks quite good, apart from over component input. Now the TV supposedly only accepts 1024x768 PC input or so it says in its manual, which doesn't bother me, however the TV also takes its component input over the VGA port via a 3 female rca to VGA male cable provided. Unfortunately, the component input from 360 looks rather terrible in comparison to PS3 over HDMI. Far away objects look blurred, jaggies seem amplified and red has a tendency to bleed quite nastily. Now i had two thoughts as to what the problem could be: 1. Cable provided is very thin and doesnt look sufficiently shielded. 2. Signal could possibly be being downscaled to 1024x768 than upscaled again to 1366x768 (would explain the bleed which doesnt appear over HDMI, although note the panel is NOT 1024x768 native). 3. Plain bad component processor in TV. If anyone could give any information or tips on how to solve this problem, or some method of testing what the problem is, i will be very grateful. Thanks.
