    Hi :)

I am looking to purchase an LCD TV and have a budget of £1,000. It will mainly be used as a television but will be linked to my Sky digital and dvd player. I have looked at the Sharp range and in particular the LC32GA3E.

Is this a good model? Does anybody know where I can look at any reviews of it?
Are there any better alternatives, in my price range?

Yes it is a good model, plenty of reviews , but can you buy one? Probably no, the new range is due in the Summer ( if we have one ) and the existing range are hard to come by, apart from the entry level GA5.

    Hi

Local department store in Newtownards N Ireland part of the Euronics group. Is this a good option?

Buy it quick before about 300 hundred other people stampede the shop !

For sub £1500 the Ga4/3E still remains the best LCD on the market - see the many other threads. The Ga5E doesn't have DVI, 1 bit sound, removable speakers etc.

Cheapest I have seen is about £1200, but there are none left anything near this price. Sevenoaks are asking £2500 !!!

    Go for it !
